So today I'm 19. Such an awkward number for an age. What happens when you are 19, really? I mean it's kind of like your 9th birthday..do you really remember it? Psh, I don't. I've been a little hesitant in my approach this birthday. I tried to pull the covers over my head and forget about it..
I think because my 18th year was so empty. So disappointing. So not what an 18th year should be.
Well that's all going to change, I've already decided.
There are a few things I'm going to be doing a little differently. I decided a few weeks back that I would think of 19 ways (or goals) to change my life. So here it goes:
1. Thank God everyday for what I do have, rather than focusing on what I'm lacking
2. Stop drinking soda!!!!!
3. Workout 30 minutes a day
4. Learn spanish (this is a working prgress)
5. Never lie.
6. I need to learn to keep my mouth shut if i have nothing to nice to say.
7. I need to work on controlling my nerves (OMG..a story for another blog.)
8. MAKE FRIENDS!
9. take responsibility for my actions
10.when I fall down, I need to get back up..
11. try harder in school
12. Start making decisions!
13. Read 50 books including the Bible
14. work on my road rage
15. ask for help when I need it
16. Volunteer more
17. quit being boy repellent :(
18. I need to quit complaining/whining
19. Random Acts of Kindness DAILYYYY
this is a brand new year for me. That means a brand new Chelsea :)
